President Daniel Noboa has announced plans to reshuffle his cabinet, including the appointment of a new energy minister next week and the replacement of the health minister.
In a post on X, Noboa also revealed that a curfew will be imposed in nine provinces from May 3 to May 18 as part of ongoing security measures.
