The lawyer representing the State Security Service (SSS), Senior Advocate of Nigeria Oluwole Aladedoye, has alleged that former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai was involved in a phone tapping matter.
Aladedoye made the claim during the continuation of proceedings in the trial before Justice Abdulmalik on Tuesday.
The allegation was presented as part of the arguments in the ongoing case, which centres on accusations relating to unlawful interception of communications.
The court session resumed with both parties outlining their positions as the matter continues to unfold before the judge.
