Governor Bala commemorate 60th independence anniversary at Tafawa Balewa tomb.

His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Bauchi State Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed today as part of the celebration of the 60th Independence Anniversary of Nigeria paid a solidarity visit to the Abubakar Tafawa Tafawa Tomb.

The governor who during the visit offered prayers for the late Prime Minister described him as a father of the nation and a role model to upcoming politicians.

Governor Bala used the opportunity to urge upcoming politicians to assist in actualizing the vision of the late Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa for the progress of Nigeria.

The governor was accompanied by his Deputy, Senator Baba Tela, Deputy Speaker, Bauchi State House of Assembly, Honorable Dallami Kawule among others.
