Hon. Ahmed Idris Wase Distributes ₦120 Million Ramadan Packages to 8,000 Constituents

In a bid to ease economic hardship during the holy month of Ramadan, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Idris Wase, CON, Member representing Wase Federal Constituency and Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Character, has flagged off the distribution of Ramadan packages worth over ₦120 million to his constituents.

The initiative, which benefits over 8,000 individuals across Wase Federal Constituency in Plateau State, underscores Hon. Wase’s commitment to the welfare of his people. The flag-off ceremony was held in the presence of Wase Local Government APC leaders, led by his Chief of Staff, Barr. Musa Adamu Idris, and his team, who represented the lawmaker at the event.

Speaking on behalf of the team, Hon. Hakilu Hussaini Othman, Senior Legislative Aide to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, PhD, praised Hon. Wase for his continuous efforts in supporting his people. He described him as the best representative Wase Constituency has had since the return of democracy in 1999, acknowledging the impact of his initiatives in improving the lives of his constituents.

The Ramadan relief packages are expected to provide much-needed assistance to families, reflecting Hon. Wase’s dedication to empowering his people and driving sustainable development in the constituency.
