Sokoto Leaders Attend Funeral Prayer Ceremony

Prominent political leaders in Sokoto State, including the Governor, Ahmed Aliyu, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, and the Speaker of the Sokoto State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon.
Tukur Bala Bodinga, were among the Muslim faithful who gathered to observe the funeral prayer of a well-known business figure, Alhaji Shehu Mai Akwai Jaredi.
The funeral, held in Sokoto, drew a large crowd of family members, associates, religious leaders, and sympathizers who came to pay their final respects.
The atmosphere was solemn as attendees prayed for the repose of the deceased’s soul and extended condolences to his family.
Speakers at the event described the late business mogul as a respected entrepreneur who contributed to the economic growth of the state and supported many people during his lifetime.
They prayed for Allah to grant him mercy and forgive his shortcomings.
The presence of top government officials and other dignitaries highlighted the importance of the deceased within the community and the deep respect he commanded while alive.
