Governor Zulum lay Foundation for recontruction of Bauchi State Gov’t House
His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed alongside his colleagues in the North East participated at the ceremony of reconstruction and upgrading of the Government House, Bauchi.
Governor Bala who appreciated the presence of his colleagues, pledged to continue to work with them for the development of their respective states.
He said the project will create modern and functional Government House to serve as modern seal of the BASG.
He said the entire site will be upgraded to afford buildings such as offices, International Conference Centre, Governor’s residence, residences for key staff, clinic, and a mosque.
Others according to the Governor include roads and drainages, power distribution system among others.
Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State and Chairman of the North East Governors’ Forum who performed the groundbreaking ceremony, commended Governor Bala for initiating not only the project but modernizing the entire state.
Zulum also appreciated the Government and people of Bauchi State for the warm reception accorded to the forum during it’s just concluded 4th meeting.
