In his message, Kiyawa said: “Assalamu Alaikum to the people in the comment section. Be my witnesses. I have delivered the message regarding vehicles without number plates and those that cover their number plates. Any vehicle seen without a number plate or with a covered number plate will be arrested.” The message is a clear directive to all motorists.
