Bashar APC Stalwarts Disown “Zoning” Group, Pledge Total Loyalty to Governor Mutfwang and Hon. Wase

BY BUNU A.A
Official APC stakeholders in Bashar District have hit back at a “fringe group” of recent defectors who claimed to speak for the party during a meeting two days ago. The group, led by Dalhatu Babudi, had called for the zoning of elective seats for 2027 a move the actual party leadership describes as a self-serving distraction.
In a massive counter-meeting held today, local leaders including Councilor Hon. Yakubu Abdullahi and Ward Chairman Kabiru Musa categorically rejected the zoning narrative. They pointed out that many of the agitators are recent PDP defectors who aren’t even fully registered with the APC yet.
The stakeholders are now calling for formal sanctions against these individuals for impersonation. Reaffirming their stance, the district leaders pledged “unwavering loyalty” to Governor Caleb Mutfwang, Hon. Ahmed Idris Wase, and Hon. Adamu Ibrahim Galadima, urging the party to stay united against divisive tactics.
