Three (3) COVID-19 patients discharged in Bauchi

Three out of the five patients of Covid -19 have been discharged today after the second test that proved them negative of the virus according to the statement made available to Hausa360 from Lawal Muazu Bauchi Special Assistant New Media to Governor Bala Mohammed said

“The State Deputy Governor, Senator Baba Tela announced this while briefing newsmen at Government House Bauchi.”

“Senator Baba Tela who is the Chairman of the Task Force on COVID-19- and Lassa Fever said the remaining two patients will also soon be discharged.”

“He disclosed the approval of 1.98 million naira for the procurement of virus transport medium in addition to the ongoing contribution from individuals.”

“The deputy governor used the medium to announce the closure of two Friday Markets in an effort to control the spread of the virus.”

“On the fight against Lassa Fever in the state, Senator Baba Tela said Governor Bala Mohammed has approved twenty five million naira for the control of the disease.”

Similarly, the Management of Bauchi State University Gadau has donated fifty cartons of hand sanitizers as part of its corporate social responsibility to compliment the efforts of the state government in tackling the spread of coronovirus.
