Senator Nora Dadu’ut vows to fulfill electoral promises
Senator representing Plateau South Prof Nora Dadu’ut at the weekend reaffirmed her determination to fulfill all her electoral promises to the people of the Zone .
She further said that she would work to provide quality representation to her constituents .
“I will do beyond my promises to see that good things come to Plateau people.
“Plateau south and the entire state will be my number priority,” she said.
She made this known while speaking at her thanksgiving mass in Quanpan local government council of the state .
The Senator also promised not to disappoint the people of the southern zone and the entire State during her time in the Senate.
She said that she would work to tackle poverty in her consistency as well as empower women and youths.
Prof Nora, who is the first female Senator from Plateau State further expressed appreciation to Governor Simon Lalong ,the APC leadership in the State, and the people of the zone for reposing their confidence in her to serve them at the red chambers.
Prof. Nora Dadu’ut emerged winner of the Plateau South Senatorial District bye-election held December 5th 2020 by defeating her closest rival, George Daika of the PDP for the nod to fill the vacuum created by the death of the former occupant of the seat, late Senator Ignatius Longjan.
Our correspondent reports that Plateau state Governor Simon Lalong together with his wife Mrs. Regina Lalong , DG ITF , Joseph Ari , Catholic Bishop of Bauchi Hilary Dachelem were among hundreds of guests that converged on St. Brendan Catholic Church Kwa in Quanpan Local Government Area for the Thanksgiving Mass in honour of Senator Nora Dadu’ut.
